I have heard and seen a lot of people, who plan ahead their future and tell about it to everyone so proudly. Well, it’s nice to share what you are passionate about and even better is the initiative and enthusiasm that we take, but honestly I don’t think we need to say it out loud.

Don’t get me wrong because life is so strange and it always has been like that. It turns and twists like a roller coaster and within no time, the entire perspective and the meaning of our life start to change. For e.g, I never aspired to be a blogger or never imagined to start writing one day. I was very passionate about astronomy when I was doing my high school and aspired my future to be in it.

But look what happened. Soon after my high school got over, I went to college, lots of things happened their ( I have shared it on my previous posts ) and life gave me a new direction to move on – a new road that I have never taken in my life. And it came with such an amount of surprise to me.

Even when I think now, I wonder how strange our life is. Everything happens so fast and we have no clue of what our life has in store for us. So avoid too much planning about the future and just go with the flow.

  1. I can already see that we have some things in common. I have always been passionate about astronomy and physics. I had taken first year in Astronomy in University. But majored in Computer Science, but ended up enjoying writing blocks while seated on a toilet seat at home on my phone – editing on my laptop and sneaking it out to WordPress while at work. hahaha!

Do not plan – life will simply unroll and reveal itself! It is spontaneous and we will never be let down if we do not plan

  2. So true! Life changes when you least expect it. It is okay to plan for a week, for a month maybe. But more than that, you can’t really predict. Just focus in the now!
Another benefit is, you will save lots of time by not planning everything in the future. And you will be able to live more freely πŸ˜€

  3. I agree that life is filled with unexpected changes. I, however, believe that we should make plans for the future, but if something different happens to throw a wrench it, just go with it, remembering who’s in control. God is.

  4. I have been planning and letting myself down for years now. Along with being my harshest critic I am not one who easily embraces change, especially when it is enforced. But I have begun to go with the flow and trust my gut. It’s an uphill struggle and sometimes a bumpy ride but the journey is interesting and who knows where it will take me.

    • I get your point 😊. But planning the future has never gone well for me. So I try to do what I need to do in the present, taking everything one step at a time, which will help me reach my goal eventually 😊. Thanks a lot for the read and have an awesome day ahead πŸ˜‡

  5. I like to have daily plans so that I maintain some structure and routine and that then helps me when life or God does throw a curve ball at me. I love your attitude and you’re right, you just never know when that curve ball is coming. Sometimes it’s a good one and sometimes not so. So yes, we do have to go with the flow quite a lot! You’re right. Happy Friday fellow blogger wherever you are in the world and have a β€˜great going with the flow’ weekend! β˜€οΈ

  7. Planning is actually good as long as we don’t get devastated if things don’t go according to it. I think the mistake we all do is expecting our plan to always work. But reality is way too flexible for our rigid plans.

  8. I like this and I can relate. For the first years of my career life, I have always believe in setting goals, planning and doing it. It has its benefits but eventually I got tired and exhausted. Now, I resorted to travelling and blogging and doing things what my heart leads me to.

Thank you for this blog. πŸ–’πŸ˜Š
